Cinnamon Roll Peach Cobbler Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4-5 ripe peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced (or 2 cans
of peach slices, drained)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls with icing
Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the Peach Filling:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sliced peaches,
granulated sugar, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, lemon
juice, and cornstarch. Mix well to coat the peaches evenly.
- Assemble the Cobbler:
- Pour the peach mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking
dish, spreading it out evenly.
- Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut
each cinnamon roll into quarters.
- Top with Cinnamon Rolls:
- Place the cinnamon roll quarters evenly over the top
of the peach mixture.
- Bake:
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until
the cinnamon rolls are golden brown and the peach filling is bubbling.
- Add Icing:
- Remove the cobbler from the oven and let it cool
slightly. Drizzle the included icing from the cinnamon rolls over the top
of the cobbler.
- Serve:
- Serve warm, optionally with a scoop of vanilla ice
cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
Tips:
- If using canned peaches, make sure to drain them well
to avoid excess liquid in the cobbler.
- For an extra touch, sprinkle a bit of additional
